This presentation, originally delivered at the TRETC conference at Teacher’s College in 2012, provides background into my professional growth from pre-k teacher to an educational technology professional. I grew up the child of 2 psychologists, earned an undergrad degree in American Studies major from Wesleyan University, studied early childhood education at Yale and Bankstreet, taught for 12 years then left the teaching profession to take on my current position as Director of BrainPOP Educators.
